No! Our products have been rigorously tested in the lab and on our team to ensure we offer safe and efficacious products for you. We never test our products on animals and never will.

We try our best to use packaging options that are more reusable or recyclable to minimize impact on the environment. We use PEFC-certified cartons, which means our cartons are sourced from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources. All of our supplements are encapsulated in easy to swallow Vege Caps and most are suitable for vegetarians except for Joint Comfort and Beauty. Double check the labels to be sure as we also have lots of Vegan options! Our skincare ranges are all suitable for vegetarians and if you’re OK with using honey. Always read the label for product specific information.

The Maintenance Dose of 1 vege capsule per day reflects what you may want to take everyday to calm restlessness, help ease general stress / worry and support mental function.

The Acute Dose of 2 vege capsules per day may be taken if you are experiencing a particularly stressful period in life. This dose is meant for a shorter / more “acute” period of time. For instance, some of our consumers have found themselves taking the acute dose around project due dates or exams in university, struggling through a difficult personal or family matter, abnormally stressed about work etc.

Both of these dosing instructions are safe and effective, it just depends on the situation you are in.

Currently, our manufacturer only has the capability to encapsulate softgels of our specific volume with traditional, bovine-based gelatine. During the development process, it was decided to progress with traditional gelatine due to the additional time and cost involved in securing the suitable machinery required to produce softgels with vegetarian-alternative material. This also would have increased the price of our product, which is an ongoing challenge due to the high quality & trademarked active ingredients we use.

We do understand that a vegetarian alternative would be ideal and are continuing to look into this further with our manufacturer.

Our Beauty product is a complex product with a combination of ingredients that are great for your hair, skin & nails health. We have complemented hydrolysed collagen with vitamin C and silica to help support collagen production, important to help maintain your skin integrity and appearance. Depending on the usage of collagen e.g. For joint health benefits, higher dosages of collagen would be recommended.

The combination of other essential nutrients in our Beauty product - Biotin, Zinc, Selenium and Vitamin E may assist with healthy maintenance of your hair, skin and nails. Biotin helps strengthen your nails and reduce breaking. Zinc, Selenium and Vitamin E support hair & skin health, and provide antioxidant support.

We have chosen to include Nicotinamide Riboside, or NR, in our DNAgeless supplement rather than NMN. NR is smaller in molecular size than NMN and can easily enter the cell to begin its conversion to NAD+, whereas NMN is too large to enter the cell and requires conversion back into NR prior to beginning its NAD+ conversion process. Therefore, we believe NR to be the more bioactive solution. NR is also authorised for dietary supplement use in more markets vs. NMN, which is an important decision factor when formulation products for multiple countries across the globe.

There has been no evidence to suggest that DIM or Irish Sea Moss affect birth control pill efficacy. That being said, we suggest consulting with your healthcare professional before taking Hormone Sync while on the birth control pill, due to the potential of both ingredients to affect hormone metabolism.

There is approximately 118.4 mcg of Iodine in every capsule of High Dose Sea Moss 400. Most adults require up to 150mcg of iodine a day (FSANZ). While there may be discrepancies in the amount of iodine found in a serving of Sea Moss gel, you can rest assured that every capsule of High Dose Sea Moss 400 contains a safe yet effective level of iodine.

We test every batch of our supplements for heavy metals (HM) prior to product release, using internationally recognized, IANZ accredited laboratories based in NZ . With Shilajit being 100% natural and primarily a humic substance, the heavy metal content of this ingredient has a slightly higher risk of having higher heavy metal content vs. other active ingredients we use. Therefore it is crucial that we keep track of the heavy metal content of every Shilajit 4000 batch for consumer safety.

Our Shilajit ingredient supplier carries out a rigorous extraction and filtration process wherein all impurities re removed from the natural Shilajit, including heavy metals. They test each batch of Shilajit for Arsenic, Cadmium, Lead and Mercury against a tight specification. We then test every batch of High Dose Shilajit 4000 for Arsenic, Cadmium, Lead and Mercury against the following specification:

Arsenic (As) less than 2ppm
Cadmium (Cd) less than 1ppm
Lead (Pb) less than 5ppm
Mercury (Hg) less than 0.2ppm

Although there is no evidence to suggest that probiotics interfere with the action of antibiotics, we suggest taking Trio Biotic at least 2 hours before or after taking antibiotics.

Our current vitamin D3 ingredient supply is sourced from sheep's wool. For this reason, our vitamin D3 is vegetarian-friendly rather than vegan-friendly. We understand the need for providing a vegan-friendly vitamin D3 solution for our vegan consumers, and we are actively searching for an appropriate and reputable vegan-friendly vitamin D3 source. Until then, our High Dose Vitamin D3 1000 remains vegetarian-friendly.

No matter how many products you use in your routine the order always remains the same. Cleanse, tone, treat (serum/AHA etc) moisturise, then oil. You can leave products out or add more depending on the time of day you apply. See your recommended morning and evening routines below!

As part of our packaging "refresh" project, we decided to remove the fragrance from the Multivitamin (Women's Daily) and Advanced (Plant Collagen) skincare ranges. Our Targeted Serum range continues to be fragrance-free. Our formulations have not changed apart from the removal of fragrance.

The Multivitamin Range is the perfect range if you are new to skincare or looking for an all-in-one type of skincare routine. Think of it as your literal "multivitamin" top-up for your skin! The Multivitamin formulations include bit of everything, including 8 of the essential vitamins & minerals found in our Women's Daily multivitamin - which also have great skin-supporting benefits!

The Advanced Range is ideal for those with mature or very dry skin. These formulations include two powerful yet gentle trademarked active ingredients that support your natural collagen production process (Sepilift™ and Pentavitin®), which is essential for helping to replenish our natural collagen supply as we age.

After receiving feedback from our lovely consumers about the leaking issues from our pumps, along with additional logistical issues of transporting glass around the world, it was decided to switch our skincare packaging to environmentally-friendly and 100% recyclable sugarcane HDPE. We also wanted to give our skincare a nice "refresh" with a more fun and modern look and feel, which resulted in our beautiful new pink, teal and purple colours.

Crystallization is a common occurrence in natural honey when exposed to colder temperatures. This can happen during transit if the product becomes too cold - it is totally normal.

Since our Superhoney products are 100% natural, there is some natural variation that occurs batch-to-batch.

For instance:
Moisture: Each batch produced has a different moisture level. We have a tight specification for moisture wherein our products must adhere, but generally the batches that test higher for moisture tend to be a bit runnier than others.
Ingredients: The additional ingredients in Superhoney are also natural and vary batch-to-batch. It has been shown that the ingredients used can cause differences in creaminess as well – but this also varies.
In short, there is nothing wrong with your Superhoney - it's just doing it's natural groovy thing!
