I suffer from really bad insomnia where some nights I don't sleep at all and unfortunately I have always been this way. For the past 3 weeks I have been using these every night and I missed one and sadly was up until 4am :( these have been very good for me, I am usually asleep by 11pm now if I take this on time. My husband has noticed a huge difference in my sleep. They do make groggy in the morning, but I'll take groggy morning over grumpy and sad. I love these and I use the impunity one in the morning and they make me feel good :)
Convinced a skeptic
Even though I am skeptical about most supplements, I bought Goodnight on a whim about a month or so ago. I have become convinced that it is helping me get better nights of sleep comparative to my benzo prescription, and I don't wake up feeling groggy.

I have had issues sleeping for months now, and after popping one of these beauties each night an hour before bed, I'm falling asleep so quickly, and remaining asleep for the whole night. Absolutely amazing and would recommend to anyone!

I am okay with some of the results. I fall asleep easier but unfortunately wake up two hours afterwards. I am now wondering if I should increase the dosage.
